With a customer service background in financing, Jana
joined PRG Recruit in 2013. Jana is fluent in English,
Russian, Latvian and Bulgarian. She has a very pleasant
manner and is extremely customer focused.
Jana enjoys spending time with her young family and is very
keen on personal fitness. She enjoys travelling and learning
new languages.
Justyna Janczak
Branch Manager
With a customer service background in telecommunications.
Justyna joined PRG Recruit in 2010. Justyna is fluent in
English and Polish and her excellent attention to detail
brings a methodical and grounded approach to the team.
Justyna enjoys reading books, travelling, walking, and has a
keen interest in history.
Kate Hill
Finance Manager
With a proven track in Finance within large organisations,
Kate heads up the Finance and Payroll facilities for PRG
Recruit, ensuring very well controlled in house systems.
Kate enjoys spending time with her young family, keeping
fit and socialising.
Peter Green
Managing Director
The founder of PRG Recruit: Peter had previously worked in
sales and began his recruitment career in 2001, at a local
Recruitment Business. Peter was promoted through the
ranks culminating to the position of Director. In 2009 Peter
started his own Recruitment Business to provide an
uncomplicated and superior level of Industrial Recruitment
Services at very competitive prices.
Peter has always had a passion for Motorsport and is currently competing in
various UK drift championships.
Marta Nowakowska
Senior Consultant
Having previously worked for a local Pharmaceutical
packaging company Marta began her Recruitment career in
2007 where she worked with Peter and later joined PRG
Recruit. Marta is fluent in English and Polish and brings a
very vibrant dynamic to the team.
Marta enjoys spending time with her family and two toddlers. Marta also enjoys
reading books and has taken a keen interest in anything chocolate!
